Daily journal continued April 29,2000 by – William Thomas Thompson

The day that Saigon fell to North Vietnam and is now called Ho Chi Minh City.

It was a sad day with 58,000 American troops dead in the failed attempt to save South Vietnam and its people to live free and to live period. The United States was trapped in this war and could not win. When the veterans returned home everyone did not welcome them with appreciation for fighting the war as was the WW-I & WW II veterans. Many Vietnam veterans lost their way and felt not identified at home in peace, they did not fit in. Deep scares are left upon all veterans from the action they experienced in seemingly meaningless wars of the world including and especially the Gulf War. There are no good wars. War is caused by greed and Satan is the master of war. Out of a country that produced Martin Luther, father of the Protestant church, that is to say leader of the protest against the Catholic Church and the Pope that produced or shall I say reproduced the true Christian religion of the New Testament Church. The revolution began in Wittenberg Germany in 1517 A.D. as Martin Luther posted a list of 95 complaints against the Catholic doctrine on the doors of the church and risks his life to do so. Out of Germany came 2 wars during the 20th century. My father, Lawrence Edwin Thompson was in one of those wars. Since the end of WW II, Nato and the United Nations has been formed and they look a lot like the beast with seven heads and 10 horns. There are said to be 150 wars in progress and the world at all times. We have the late model Clinton and Bush wars. We have the drug war and the war in schools. Hitler and Napoleon both tried to take Russia and failed. You have religious wars all over the world. You have war with Satan if you live a devout Christian life. if you’re cold and indifferent then Satan may leave you alone until your soul is in his hands. God will fight our battles for us according to his word. God will avenge all evil. Let us seek God first and let us surrender our lives to the Lord. Let us be as clay in his hands that he may mold us in the form of his holy will that we may be found doing his service.

Psalms 32-10”The Lord bringeth the counsel of the heathen to naught”

All these wars culminate in prophecy leading up to the one big war Armageddon that will soon take place. Nuclear war is inevitable. Russia fell on its own and we did not have to fight. Russia and China will be a part of the final war and the Arab world will A-line with these powers. This is the fulfilling of prophecy in the old and New Testament and especially the book of Revelation. Today I feel separated and liberated from this world and all it has to offer. I have nothing to keep me back from going with God. My heart is not in this earth or this world. I have no investments or houses are lands. I will paint the eternal truth and reveal whatever God is showing me. Every prophecy will be fulfilled and many have already been fulfilled. Maybe they will not see and believe but it is my job to paint anyway. There are many discouraging things along the way but I will press forward to complete this message and God will do the rest. Give me strength dear Lord and wisdom for the job that I have to do. Give me courage and endurance to complete my work. I believe in life everlasting through Christ the Lord. Teach me dear Lord day by day thy holy way and may I follow always in your will and service. Forgive all our weakness and reassure us with your love and presence. Make our ways straight and our minds to be on thee. Give us joy in our souls. Wash us that we may be whiter than snow. Restore us to holiness and righteousness with contentment in our hearts.
